Mustard Chicken

Easy Mustard Chicken #dreamsmorerealthanreality

Mustard chicken is done a variety of ways. With my Mustard Chicken recipe, your chicken will stay extremely juicy while having a tasty sauce over top. This recipe is great to just throw together and leave in the oven. We all get busy, so prep time isn't always something we have time for. This can be thrown together really quick so you can accomplish other tasks while it's baking. You can serve the chicken with steamed veggies, salad, or any other side dish of your choice.

What you'll need:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Kale and chives (optional)
  • 3 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, Dill, and Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken. Place the chicken breasts in a pyrex dish or baking pan, then pour sauce over the top. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
