Italian Herb Pasta

Italian Herb Pasta- Delicious and easy to make #Dreamsmorerealthanreality

Pick your pasta- I like to use a mixture of whole grain, but you can also use one type. This sauce is super easy to throw together and amazingly tasty, but not too heavy.
*This recipe should make 4 servings (If you're like me 3 servings for my boyfriend and 1 for me).

4 Cups water
2 Cups pasta
Bring the water to a boil, then add the pasta. Cook for about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.

In the same pan, combine the below ingredients on low heat. Stir on occasion until butter is melted and everything is fully mixed.
3 Tablespoons White Wine Sherry
Approx. 6 oz. Evaporated Milk
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice (enhances flavor)
3 Garlic Cloves pressed or 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (in a jar)
1/2 Teaspoons Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Basil

Once Sauce is complete, add the pasta to the sauce and stir until mixed. Serve as a side dish (goes great with grilled chicken or parmesan chicken). However you eat it, enjoy!
